Here's a fun and great new idea for today or tomorrows breakfast, brunch, snack, lunch or dinner... Stuff your Daddy CakesŪ with breakfast sausage! Prep Time: 5 Cook Time: A couple of minutes each
Ingredients: It's easy to do: First cook your sausage and pat off any grease with a paper towel and let cool for a couple minutes. Preheat your skillet to 375-385 and spray with non stick spray. Dip your sausages into some Daddy CakesŪ Batter (we used the Better Batter Buttermilk) and cook just over a minute on each side, until you get the nice golden brown coloring.
Serve with some maple syrup for dipping. (Extras can be frozen and reheated to be enjoyed on another day)
