DADDY CAKES DOUBLE CRIMINAL CHOCOLATE CHIP BLONDIES
We prepared these at BLOOMINGDALE's second largest store in the "World Famous South Coast Plaza" when they invited us in for to do a cooking demonstration of Daddy CakesŪ mixes.
This is a wonderful dessert that is lighter than a traditional brownie in sweetness and density.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 22 -27 minutes
~ Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Ingredients:
~ In a mixing bowl, Mix:
1 - 1lb soft pouch of Daddy CakesŪ Criminal Chocolate Chip Mix
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Crushed Walnuts or Pecans
1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Optional Ingredients that you can add if you like:
~ Shredded Coconut, 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
~ Pour batter into a 7x11 Pyrex dish and bake at 350 for 22 - 27 minutes or until done.
Let them cool. |
