| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. If we have already begun processing your order, or if it has shipped, the order is no longer editable. If it just happened and you can't change it, give us a call as we might be able to take care of it before the delivery boy picks up the daily fresh baked shipments from Daddy Cakes(TM). |

| My order never arrived - That BLOWS!!! |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please ask the shipper's customer service for details of where it was delivered to and at any time you can call us for assistance. Let us know, because we want you to be as excited to get your Daddy Cakes(TM) products as we are to get them to you! |

| When will my backorder arrive? |

Backordered items are those which the demand has outstripped our supply! We are checking on whether we can get any more, or if we can make any more (since many of our items are of limited production) and when we will have more in stock, but as soon as we know, we will let you know. Usually, if you saw it as "Available" on our website, then it will be available shortly. Either way, we will keep you completely informed and hope that you are one of the lucky early birds that get exactly what they want when we have them available in the future. Make sure you are signed up to get email notifications of our new releases - We are working on getting your order filled!
