RECIPE:
DADDY CAKES® BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
- 2 Cups (1 pouch) Daddy Cakes® Blueberry Bonanza Blast Mix
- 1 cup (1/4 l) milk
- 1/4 cup (60 g) melted butter
Preheat the oven to 375° F (190° C). Butter muffin pans. Add and mix Daddy Cakes® Blueberry Bonanza Blast and the milk, and butter, stirring only enough to dampen the flour; the batter should not be smooth. Spoon into muffin pans, filling each cup about two-thirds full. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until done.
